At Shoe Style Sales, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium island-inspired footwear. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re happy to help with returns or exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- You must initiate your return within 15 days of receiving the item
- The item must not show signs of wear or damage
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on slippers that have been worn or removed from their original packaging. All slipper sales are final unless the product is defective.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package your return – Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at: Shoe Style Sales Returns

USA - Wait for processing – Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 3-5 business days.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Important: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style:
- Follow the return process above
- Clearly indicate in your email that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item details
- We’ll ship your replacement as soon as we process your return
Note: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired replacement is not available, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Customs fees and duties are non-refundable
