Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two convenient shipping methods to serve our global customers (excluding some Asian and remote regions):
Standard Shipping – $12.95
• Carrier: DHL or FedEx
• Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
Free Shipping (for orders over $50)
• Carrier: EMS
• Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipping

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Shoe Style Sales footwear as much as we do! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order.
Important Exception:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on slippers that have been worn or removed from their original packaging. All slipper sales are final unless the product is defective.
Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
- No signs of wear or damage
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps:

- Wait for approval – We’ll review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved
- Package your return – Securely repackage the item with the RMA number clearly visible

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll receive email notification of receipt
- We’ll notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

- Clearly indicate you want an exchange and specify replacement details
- We’ll cover shipping for your replacement item
Note: Exchanges depend on product availability. If your preferred item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
